How long from PO to bags in my warehouse? +
Plan on about 20 days from signed PO to bags at your door. That covers artwork approval, production in Bogotá, and DDP shipping Colombia → US via FedEx. Reorders with artwork already on file land closer to 12 days.
Do you handle US customs and duties? +
Yes. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) on most orders — we handle customs clearance, duties, and paperwork, and you receive the pallet at your warehouse without dealing with a broker. Flexible packaging from Colombia enters under favorable trade terms, which is a big part of why our landed pricing still beats US printers.
What's the smallest order you'll take? +
MOQ is 100 bags per design across all our coffee formats. You can split a larger order across multiple SKUs too — e.g. 500 bags = 5 designs of 100 each. Great for single-origin releases or seasonal limited runs.
Are your bags FDA food-contact compliant? +
Yes. All our standard films, foil laminates and adhesives are FDA-compliant for direct food contact — whole-bean, ground, flavored. We can provide documentation for your food-safety audits on request.
Can you match my exact Pantone colors? +
We get very close but 100% exact Pantone matches aren't guaranteed. Our HP-Indigo presses print in CMYK + 2 spot, so Pantone Solid Coated converts to the closest equivalent (ΔE < 2 on most colors). Kraft and matte substrates can shift perception further. For brand-critical colors, send us a physical sample and we'll get as close as the substrate allows.
How fast can I reorder? +
Fast. Once an artwork is approved and press-ready, we keep the files on our system. Reorders skip the proofing stage entirely — typically about 12 days total from PO to warehouse, same specs, same color profile.
